Characteristics of Shunluo LTCC products
Shunluo's LTCC products are mainly composed of microwave ceramics and high conductivity metal conductors, which are co fired at lower temperatures (1000 ℃). They have low cost, high reliability, excellent high-frequency high-speed transmission, and wide passband characteristics, making them suitable for use in RF communication circuits. As is well known, RF communication circuits are developing towards modularity, miniaturization, and higher reliability, and Shunluo LTCC products are also actively improving to meet the new requirements of RF circuits.
Modularization
Affected by the core technology features of 5G, the number of internal RF devices in mobile phones is constantly increasing. With the increase of frequency bands and the application of carrier aggregation, separated RF devices are no longer able to meet the requirements. In order to meet the consumption needs of intelligent mobile terminals, the modular development of RF devices has become a trend.
